DREAMS AND MEMORIES

The ‘East Meets West Sticky Cake’ has been my favorite dessert dish throughout the numerous eating sessions held in conjunction with Chinese New Year. A dish that’s super easy to make even for first timers. The best part is, there are just a few ingredients required.

Only a few ingredients are required which are

1. Sticky Cake (Lian Gao)

2. Coconut Shavings

3. Cheddar Cheese

 

Park it into the oven for a short baking / browning of the cheese.  And VOILA~~~~~,

The final results is something that is sweet yet  salty, not too traditional and a combination of east and west. ^_^ time to get my fingers sticky now.
