DREAMS AND MEMORIES

CNY is less than two weeks away so I was in desperate need of new clothes and a new pair of shoes as required by tradition. Walked the whole of Sunway pyramid for almost two rounds before finally deciding which dress and which pair of shoes to buy.

Please don’t stereotype as this is not exactly a case of ‘typical girl shopping frenzy’ but rather, an unfortunate case of no more available size 36 for shoes which I like (T_T) Anyhow, I got finally got a pair of shoes. Not the one which I had my heart set on having, but it’ll serve the purpose all the same.

Oh yes, I got a dress for CNY this time. A red dress with a simple but elegant Chinese collar design. There’s also a teeny weeny bit of bead work that makes the dress look nice but definitely not gaudy. Love my new dress. Can’t wait to wear it again on the first day of New Year.

Another highlight of this shopping trip would be the wonderful place Felicia and I stumbled across for Dinner. It’s a lifestyle Store and Cafe called “Fullhouse”. Although I’m not really sure if it’s associated with the Korean drama series that was quite popular a few years back. As it is a lifestyle cafe, might I add that not only dining is offered, but also an interesting range of other items for sale. They have partitioned sections at the front and back of the cafe selling souvenirs and clothing respectively.

 

 

There’s a good combination of western and eastern food served in a cozy atmosphere. Among the things I tried yesterday, I highly recommend the Honeydew Milkshake and the Forrest Mushroom Soup. So those of you heading to Sunway soon, I would suggest that you drop by and try out what’s offered at Fullhouse. ^_^
